In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues with your purchase, our Lifetime Warranty Policy is in place to address your concerns.

1. Returns and Refunds

If you're not 100% satisfied with your GRIP product, you can return it for any reason within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange the product or refund the full purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, once we receive the returned item. The product must be returned in its original condition and with all the original packaging materials for this policy to apply.

2. Lifetime Replacement Warranty

Beyond the initial 30-day period, if your GRIP product develops a defect during your lifetime due to normal usage, we stand by our commitment to quality and offer a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. We will replace the defective item at no charge, with the same or a similar product (subject to availability). However, this does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations to the product.

To initiate a return or a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and a description of the issue. For warranty claims, we may require you to provide proof of the defect, such as photographs.

This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims against products that are obtained from unauthorized resellers or which cannot be verified as authentic GRIP products.

Please note that depending on the country of residence, some conditions and restrictions may apply, and the warranty duration may differ. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes to our warranty policy.

GRIP reserves the right to change this warranty policy at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion. Changes to the policy will be effective when posted.
